About Us
The Barn at White House Farm is located on the banks of the River Witham
The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm. The Barn is a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with separate garden on the River Witham. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 55” HD TV and Free WiFi.
Perfect for couples, families or small groups of friends who are looking for active getaways or a leisurely break to explore beautiful Lincolnshire. The farm gives you direct access to the River Witham for fishing and many footpaths for walking or cycling. Access to the National Cycle Trail is at the end of the property. If Golf is your sport, there are many courses nearby, Boston West is less than 10 mins and offers a 24 hour fully automated driving range to help you hone your skills.
We also now have our own dock on the River behind The Barn from which you can safely launch your paddle boards and canoes or even go wild water swimming
Lincolnshire is home to many of the UK’s finest beaches and nature reserves. From Frampton Marsh to Donna Nook, visitors may be treated to sights of Eagles or Gray Seals. It is also RAF country with RAF Coningsby and the home of the dam busters less than 15 minutes away. The historic towns of Lincoln, Horncastle and Woodhall Spa are all close by and the Market Town of Boston is just 5 miles from the farm and offers all manner of shops and conveniences. However, there are also a number of excellent farm shops close by that sell a variety of locally produced and grown meat, fruit and vegetables.

The Barn has 2 bedrooms. The master is on the mezzanine overlooking the lounge and has a king size bed. There is a ground floor bedroom with two double beds.

The Kitchen at The Barn comes with a full size dishwasher
Washer & Dryer
We can offer access to laundry facilities and a clothes line is supplied.
Cleaning
In addition to regular cleaning, after each rental the whole Barn is cleaned with UVC which ensures all surfaces are cleaned thoroughly. If you have not heard of UVC then you can read about it here:

While there is no printer in The Barn we can print urgent documents out for you if required

Checkin & Checkout
Check in is anytime from 16.00 on-wards, if you are arriving late just let us know before hand. Departure is by 10.00. We can be flexible, it just depends on the next booking so please ask if you need to be outside of these times.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel anytime up to 48 hours prior to booked arrival time without any fee. After 48 hours no refund is available.
House Rules
As you would expect no smoking in The Barn – there is a covered patio area to the rear if you wish to smoke. As White House Farm is a small holding we ask that all dogs are kept on a lead whilst not in the enclosed rear garden.

Brothertoft is a small village just outside of Boston, and The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm right on the banks of the River Whitham.
Restaurants
Boston itself has many restaurants and pubs. From traditional grub to excellent Chinese, Thai and Indian takeaways, you will be spoilt for choice. A short walk down the river bank and over Langrick Bridge will take you to The Witham & Blues, an American bar and diner. One of the benefits of being in Lincolnshire is the many Farm Shops selling local produce and meat. Many also have sit in and takeaway restaurants.

You are right on the national Cycle trail just at the end of the drive. As The Barn is on the banks of the River Witham you have access to the River Bank and miles of walks.
NOTE there are sometimes cows grazing on the banks–they rate all very friendly!!
